The menu is not entirely translated. It looks like they're using svgs for rendering non-latin menu bar items?

Apple tends to use svgs for their menu. Probably because they don't trust browsers' font rendering, or because they manually want to tweak how the menu items are rendered (that sounds like their M.O. 😘)

Nothing we can do about it in the short term. A possible solution might be in the same regions as translating PDFs: just render text in a look-alike font on top of it and accept it looks terrible.
