Perhaps the dropdown could have an option to go to a page for copy-paste translation with two text boxes?

I want to add outbound translation. I think I can make that component available as a stand-alone page (or inside the popup itself, but then it is pretty ephemeral and I'm not sure that's right for the use case…)
