"Download language &" still shows after downloading #49

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/translatelocally-for-firefox/ 0.7.1
  2. Go to https://es.wikipedia.org/ and "Download language & Translate page"
  3. MT model downloads and page is translated. FIne.
  4. Hit "Stop translating"
  5. Button says "Download language & Translate page" however the model has already been downloaded.
