With the outbound translation option for form fields this then gets collapsed into a submenu. It also doesn't work. Both the position of the popup is wrong, and no translation is actually provided.
I think "select translation" should not be an option on form fields. But might be tricky to get the option to not display as that bit is coordinated through the background-script, and not limited to a single tab or single menu :/
