0x55530038 seems to be missing from your list.

Are there other resources out there to help identify games by their title id?

Elsewhere on the Internet, I find the TitleID 0x55530038 is for:

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory US-056 [55530038]

In line 930 of this repository's Xbox Original GameList.tsv file, it shows the titleID for that game as 0x55530041.

However, I also find 0x55530041 as the titleID in Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory's default.xbe file.

Not sure why xemu.app's website shows it as 0x55530038.

Edit: NTSC vs PAL release of the game?

Here are a few more values to add to your table. I've included some values that were already present to double-check that the previous information matched the data from the game's default.xbe file. I used the Windows application, DEXBE v0.5-fixed, to obtain the data.

I believe but can't verify that NTSC X-men Legends Title ID is 0x415600A3
