Ability to pick default subtitle options. #326

First, it is not very obvious where to look for the subtitle options. My initial thought was to go to the settings. I had to search for other issues to see understand I had to go to the icon.

Now I thought the "global" icon would allow setting the options (language and whether to download auto-generated subs and it what language), but it doesn't (unless I'm doing something wrong here).

That's only available per video and it's really annoying to have to set it for each and every single one.

Describe the solution you'd like An option for the defaults when downloading subtitles is enabled.

i think this used to be available.... might be a removed feature?
