Drag to move overlaps restore queue message. #371

Describe the bug Drag to move overlaps with the restore queue popup box.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add a video to the queue
  2. Close the app
  3. Open it 3.5. Don't close the restore queue message
  4. Add enough (3-ish) videos to see the overlap

Expected behavior The drag to move dots should not appear above the restore queue box

Additional context Very minor, but a bug is a bug.
