Setttings not remaining persistent #453

Making modifications to the applications settings will not remain persistent. Turning off automatic update of binaries and the app and applying them will not remember on next launch.

Please try to reproduce with the latest release from my fork: https://github.com/StefanLobbenmeier/youtube-dl-gui, I cannot reproduce it there. Also what OS are you using?

I am using the 2.3.1 version of the application on Windows 11 Pro 22H2. If I update to the version following that it forces on me I get an error that won't let me downloading any content, whatsoever. However, it appears that the latest update to your software allows my downloads to work again. So you can make this as resolved.
