Portable 2.4.0 Version Corrupt and/or fails if ffmpeg update are available #469

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1.Download the Portable 2.4.0V (Last version available today)

  1. Open normally
  2. An update for FFMPEG will install automatically.
  3. Trying to use before updatin FFMPEG everytime returns Corrupt binary message or request for antivirus app restart. [if you move the portable to the same FFMPEG downloaded folder error persist and the FFMPEG it's downloaded again]

Expected behavior app should work/install ffmpeg depndencies automatically without errors or corrupting files.

Additional info (please complete the following information):

Additional context Clean Windows installation using W11 stock Microsoft Defender [less than a week of use] using separated Partitions for Windows and Data [portable running on Data partition] Defender doesn't appear blocking the app
