The project is no longer maintained so a lot of things in the program no longer work. However, some forks and workarounds have been made. Recommended OS Link Description
✅ WIN, LINUX-(AppImage), MAC https://github.com/StefanLobbenmeier/youtube-dl-gui This fork has been updated and most issues have been fixed.
❌ WIN https://github.com/MuhannadYT/yt-dlp-installer-ovd/releases/tag/v1.0.0 If you don’t want use the fork, this installs YTDLP and places it in the file directory of OVD. Works for both portable & installer

Luckily, github upgraded the fork section and users can discover by themselves which fork repo is most active!
