proxy and language setting #479

Will it support the proxy and language setting method as shown in the picture? language proxy

Also Proxy Setting is already there in the settings.

regarding the language, you can already select the subtitle language, but the audio picker needs an overhaul, which should be done as part of reworking the format selection
