2 weeks ago Did you try to update yt-dlp.exe? It might be the same issue as this:

You can use the yt-dlp updater that is mentioned in that reply. Just download the yt-dlp_Updater.zip file to your PC, unzip it and double click on the file yt-dlp_Updater.exe to run the updater. This will update yt-dlp.exe that is required by Open Video Downloader.

1 week ago Same here, the 2.4.0 version is having error. Kindly check this error @ErikBrown2 @jely2002 @StefanLobbenmeier @itscaro @CyberBonk I had downloaded the 2.5.4 version, and it is fine, check that.
I am sharing the 2.5.4 version here in ZIP, the link will be valid for 90 days from 08-11-2024 22:14.

The version 2.5.4 is removed from the "Releases" section of @jely2002 , that's why I shared it from my drive. Check the repository, there might be other issues too.

if he were to add me here or transfer ownership I would gladly do that, but Jely is mostly of the radar. So to avoid this project dying completely I forked it and merged some of the fixed
