OHM-1004: Add scripts/steps for deploying #85

So that we can deploy new releases to github as well as steps to following for pushing new images to dockerhub There is an issue with Dockerhub not allowing us to do autobuilds

Looking good but there is just one thing, the script for building the docker release is not building a docker release but a zip file.

@bradsawadye great thanks. That file was committed by accident and shouldn't be part of the PR. Will remove it now :+1:
