Point of project: See if theres a correlation between how much money is spent per party and which party (dem or rep) won.

Join contributions and committees together. Need to create a function that will filter for the states stated in those regions, after joining the different data sets.

Need to figure out how to put the different graphs next to each other, with the amount spent in each region, next to percentage of winning.

Need to figure out how to fix the margin problem where there is white space.

Graph #1: colors should represent the different parties. Blue for dem and red for rep.

Graph #2 should have the same colors as graph #1. @mdevilleneuve you need to finish the research for the history of the rep. and dem.

Fix the function for the analysis, by changing how the sum works in both cases.

Forget the function for the analysis because each analysis is distinct and the function will not allow the use of variables for whatever reason.
