README.md updated to reflect the 'tags' support for cucumber framework #21

@fijijavis Master works fine with cucumber framework and the generated report contains tags. Hence, I updated the README.md file to reflect that it works with cucumber only.

@ania-s I apologize for the delay in getting this merged. Thanks again for the PR. v0.4.0 is now available in NPM
