• [x] Join demographics information into one parcel layer

-Use 3 demographics layers (acs, esri 2016, and consumer layers). -Only check fields that apply within each of the 3 layers. -Run a spatial join where each polygon will be given the attributes of the polygon it falls completely in (3 times- once for each of the layers- build one join on top of the last)

Jim:

• [x] Join parcel data to appraisal info

• [x] Spatial join to obtain count of tax delinquency, vacant, unfit parcels, and code enforcement in each parcel

• [x] Calculate how many unfit parcels and code enforcements within a specified distance of each parcel

Both:

• [x] Join Jen's parcel layer with demographics to Jim's parcel layer with counts

• [x] Upload layer to ArcGIS Online

• [x] Create maps of each story

• [x] Create a story map

• [x] Create a model for each join for future analysis of other cities

• [ ] Incorporate delinquent tax, unfit parcel, and vacant parcel into index
• [ ] Cache tiles after all is calculated to view it at smaller scales
