Hi Jen and Jim,

Some transportation datasets that might be good candidates to include in your review for inclusion in the Living Atlas this year:

Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS, not the Kpop band BTS, lol!) has a whole bunch of datasets that might be of interest: https://www.bts.gov/product/national-transportation-statistics National Household Travel Study is also a good one, more demographics in nature, and not updated all that often (whenever funding is good! Last survey was 2017): https://nhts.ornl.gov/ Fatality Analysis Reporting System (FARS), national database of fatal traffic accidents. SAS files are available on their FTP site, so I’m more than happy to help: https://www.nhtsa.gov/research-data/fatality-analysis-reporting-system-fars

Between this, the HRSA stuff, the housing and homelessness Point in Time counts, and hopefully the CDC’s Social Vulnerability Index update, I’m getting really excited for the Living Atlas for 2019!
