Visual Studio 2015 Community Edition Support

Hi,

thanks for reaching out. I tried to modify the package manifest so that it supports other versions of VS as well. It works well on both VS2017 and VS2015 Community editions on my computer. However, I am not sure if some problems don't occur when you have only VS2015.

Can you please try and tell me if it works? If it does, I will push an update to the VS Marketplace. MultiWordHighlight.zip To install, you unzip and open the vsix file. It should offer installing into VS2015 automatically.
