When the WARP device is used, ComputeSharp fails to calculate the target framerate, causing the animated wallpapers to break:
In this scenario, the wallpaper should just default to 60fps as render target instead of throwing an exception.
This doesn't cause Ambie to crash, but it's still not great to have the render fail completely.
