Remove bold from headings #12

By lightening the weight of the headings and increasing the spacing, many pages are dramatically improved in readability in my opinion. Especially pages like the change list.

Thanks for the PRs. I'll try this out hopefully next day (along with the other PR) and merge.

For what is worth I tried to submit some of these changes to Jenkins and the pull request was swamped with bikeshed. https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/pull/1746

They clearly need a major ui overhaul. Its not just the css/icons, but the markup is also very hard to work with.

Also how do you feel about removing bold in Build history of left pane? It was one thing I had in mind. Don't feel there is a need for 30 odd bold list items. (.build-row-cell .pane.build-name)
