Add CloudFoundry CLI crawler in order to add a CloudFoundry CLI Installer in Jenkins

A couple of problems:

The script needs to be executable and should start with #!./lib/runner.groovy
It seems that old/beta versions are included, e.g. http://cli.run.pivotal.io/stable?release=windows32-exe&version=6.0.0-beta2&source=jenkins

Visiting that URL gives an error message:

Invalid 'version' value, please select one of the following versions: 6.0.2, 6.1.0, 6.1.1, 6.1.2, 6.2.0, 6.3.0, 6.3.1, 6.3.2, 6.4.0, 6.5.0, 6.5.1, 6.6.0, 6.6.1, 6.6.2, 6.7.0, 6.8.0
