Implement the Pipeline Steps Reference at https://www.jenkins.io/doc/pipeline/steps/ in Gatsby. Reference source code can be found at https://github.com/jenkins-infra/jenkins.io.

@krisstern I'd love to work on this issue.

Solution: Create a folder inside docs named pipeline, within that create one more folder named steps and copy the contents from here
