[INFRA-2268] GitHub team change #1893

Hello,

A team member recently left the company and we could use help removing them from this github team which grants admin rights to our repositories: https://github.com/orgs/jenkinsci/teams/google-kubernetes-engine-plugin-developers

Also, could you please modification privileges to my github account: craigdbarber
That way I can self-service for future team changes. Thank you.
