Would be great to be able to spawn a new issue within status.jenkins.io from github by submitting an issue in the helpdesk repository with a specific label (create_status_issue for example) . With the text content from the helpdesk issue and a link to it.

The goal of this issue is to track the work about a bot to help the team during incidents.
As anyone managing incident, we have to be focused on the task at hand.
Having to send messages to a bunch of channels is a distraction that could lead to human errors, or at the best causes additional fatigue due to the context switching.
The proposal is to have a bot, or a tool, that could handles:
