[INFRA-3128] Request add people to jenkisci organization

Hi,

I need some users to be added to the jenkinsci organization so I can add them to the plasticscm-plugin developers team (https://github.com/orgs/jenkinsci/teams/plasticscm-plugin-developers. I have admin permissions over that team, but I can't add people outside the organization.

The needed GitHub users are these:

• jessica-gutierrez - Jessica Gutierrez - https://github.com/jessica-gutierrez
