It was hard to find helpdesk repo. Does it specified anywhere in the jenkins.io?

It was hard to find helpdesk repo. Does it specified anywhere in the jenkins.io?
There has been a recent discussion started in https://github.com/jenkins-infra/jenkins.io/issues/6561 about this question.
It's not that easy to find the correct location to avoid "pollution" of the helpdesk repository (triage can be cumbersome and time-consuming) but keeping it easy for real users like you to find.
Please chime-in in the issue https://github.com/jenkins-infra/jenkins.io/issues/6561 to help us finding the best location to add the link 👍

Summary
Login has failed due to an incorrect username/password or a locked user account. However, I can log into Jira and accounts.jenkins.io successfully.
I attempted to reset the password at accounts.jenkins.io, following the documentation, as it indicates that it's an LDAP account.
good to mention that we had last release almost two years ago. Have anything changed since then?
