Summary

This issue tracks the works related to migrating the AKS cluster privatek8s from the Azure CDF account to the sponsored Azure CDF account.

Multiple goals:

Make sure that we only pay with credits instead of CDF bills (check cost impact)
Ensure this cluster has the same setup as ci.jenkins-agents1 and infra.ci-agents clusters (latest CNI network, private control plane, state of the art QoS)
