Evergreen page pretends it still exists #3771

Problem with the Evergreen page, source file

evergreen.jenkins.io is down (probably for good) and it looks like nobody bothered to update this page.

Evergreen has been shutdown. The pages that reference Evergreen can be redirected to a single summary page that says Evergreen is down and won't be brought back.

It is still a problem of sorts (the first linked page in the issue description still exists) but not trivially addressed by updating some content. The problem AFAIUI is that site generation does not delete pages that no longer exist (the second link in the issue description is 404 Not Found). That's more complicated than basic content cleanup and may involve changes to how the site is deployed.
