Use output windows to track problems #13

At the moment the only feedback you get is from the textblock at the bottom of the Jenkins Manager view. It would be way better to show more settings in a seperate category in the output window. Howto: SO article.

Implemented, any exception info will be written to output window when option is enabled in settings.
