Add `Environments` to the `JENKINS X` explorer #30

so that folks can browse a tree of environments. Something like:

Environments
- System
- Personal
- Staging
- Production
- Previews
- foo-pr-1
Previews
- myorg
- myrepo
  - master

From a single environment it might be nice to show a tooltip showing more info about the environment (e.g. namespace, promotion kind) with maybe a right click to open the git URL for Staging/Production or open the PR for Previews

you can watch/query the environments using the Environment CRD - kinda like the current PipelineActivity watcher
