Add Requeuejob plugin support for jenkins job builder #213

Issue

Jenkins requeuejob plugin don't have support for jenkins job builder. It would be nice to have this feature to use this plugin for jobs automation.

It would be really nice to have this plugin supprted in jenkins-job-builder.
