Reproduction steps

• Go to Jenkins->Manage->Global Tool Configuration
• Go to Allure Commandline, push on "Allure Commandline installations..." button
• Push on "Add Allure Commandline", you see the checkbox "Install automatically" switched on, below the text "From Maven Central" and the dropdown list, open this list

Results

Expected result:

It is expected that it is possible to choose the latest available version 2.14.0 of allure commandline.

Actual result:

The latest version that is possible to choose is 2.13.9.
