What Operating System are you using (both controller, and any agents involved in the problem)?

I want to uninstall the allure report plugin from my jenkin Operating System: Windows 11 Home Single Language

Reproduction steps

Click on uninstall button for installed plugins

Expected Results

Plugins should uninstall

Actual Results

Plugin is not getting deleted as shown in above image, it still shows "uninstallation pending"

Anything else?
