Use GitHub for plugins.jenkins.io documentation #22

Hacktoberfest contribution to implement JENKINS-59646 and use GitHub for docs displayed on plugins.jenkins.io. The README already contains excellent documentation, just need this configuration change to use that documentation on plugins.jenkins.io the next time the plugin is released.

@bakito would you be willing to release a new version of this plugin so that the documentation migration to GitHub would be complete? The documentation migration to GitHub is not complete until a release of the plugin is delivered that includes the updated <url> value in pom.xml
