Where is CHANGELOG? #67

This repository does not have CHANGELOG, so it is not possibly to quick answer some questions like #65

I suggest to add section in README, so it is immediately visible on https://plugins.jenkins.io/build-name-setter/

Was asking me the same today. I would suggest to move to CD and GitHub releases like many plugin.

It would also tool like renovate display the changes when updating plugins (like bellow)

release_notes

Having no releases notes doesn't give a lot of confidence when updating plugin (we need to dig into commits).
