Test in parallel on ci.jenkins.io

Rely on developers to choose the level of parallel testing they want on their individual machine.

Testing done

Confirmed tests pass on my Linux machine with Java 11

Tests fail when run in parallel. Time savings is not worth the investment to understand why the tests fail when run in parallel.
