When disabling the header, the theme jelly is still loaded #70

What Operating System are you using (both controller, and any agents involved in the problem)?

Reproduction steps

  1. Enable the plugin and enable custom header
  2. Select Logo Header
  3. select white background and black text color
  4. save -> all looks good
  5. Now disable custom header and save
  6. Header text on the right is not readable

The same behaviour can be seen when enabling the custom header but choosing Jenkins Header as the header

Expected Results

With Jenkins Header, no styling should be applied at all

Styling is applied
