Spelling correction on Readme.md file.

[ ] Make sure you are opening from a topic/feature/bugfix branch (right side) and not your main branch!

Changes from American English spelling to British English spelling and changes from British English spelling to American English spelling are generally not needed. Most usages in the Jenkins documentation (like www.jenkins.io) and in Jenkins plugin names (like the Favorites plugin) use the American English spelling for the word. Let's keep this spelling as it is unless there is a compelling reason to make it different from the many other uses in Jenkins
