Consider offering alternative terminology to orgWhitelist, allowMembersOfWhitelistedOrgsAsAdmin, etc #784

This would allow users of the plugin to migrate their configuration files off of whitelist/blacklist terminology. See https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-knodel-terminology-01 for context.

I did not audit for these terms throughout this codebase. The examples above are from my project's configuration files.
