What Operating System are you using (both controller, and any agents involved in the problem)?

Controller: Docker image `jenkins/jenkins:2.289` running over Ubuntu Linux 20.04
Agents: Various including Windows, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian on amd64, arm32, arm64, s390x, and ppc64le

Reproduction steps

Gitlab plugin 1.5.21 has been released but is not available from the Jenkins update center. When I open the gitlab plugin mirrorlist link, it shows 1.5.20 as the most recent release. When I search repos.jenkins-ci.org the most recent is 1.5.20

Results

Expected result:

gitlab plugin 1.5.21 available and listed in https://updates.jenkins.io/download/plugins/gitlab-plugin/

Actual result:

gitlab plugin 1.5.20 not available and not listed in https://updates.jenkins.io/download/plugins/gitlab-plugin/

@MaximeMazet I wonder if you need to login to https://repo.jenkins-ci.org/ as user elbidouilleur and then use the instructions in "Performing a plugin release" to install those credentials into your local maven settings. You are listed in the permissions file, but I see mention in other pull request comments that upload failed for you.

It's not a bug the tag version is different i change this soon ;)

Would like to update Jenkins with 1.5.21 to resolve #1119. How can this be accomplished since plugin is not listed in Jenkins for upgrade?
