Let's build this tool on Jenkins' public infra too.

For context I had stopped when it was consistently failing on Windows. I didn't have access to the machine and it worked elsewhere.

For context I had stopped when it was consistently failing on Windows. I didn't have access to the machine and it worked elsewhere.

I've no access to a Windows machine atm (that's not a VM) to verify and investigate into actual failures. But if tests pass on GH actions and not on ci.j, there's definitely something wrong on our infra 🤔
