Update README to explicitly discourage use of this library from outside of Jenkins #63

This library should not be used for new code, and we only evaluate and fix security issues in the context of the use of this library in Jenkins, so we should update the README to make that clear.

I will also update http://groovy-sandbox.kohsuke.org/ to point to the README file instead of the current documentation.

I went ahead and removed the Maven site as well, see https://github.com/jenkinsci/groovy-sandbox/pull/65 for the related changes to the gh-pages branch.
