Default name used if Etc.getlogin() returns NIL #121

useful for if you are using docker containers to build your plugins where the login name is empty

Hmm, the last successful build on this project was 2 years ago. I'm not going to worry too much. This does work however as we just change the line manually (or well, with sed) when building the plugins using ruby :)
