Elasticsearch Client - verify the licenses #661

What feature do you want to see added?

In the vanilla package we use Elasticsearch for testing purposes. While we do not bundle the libraries, it might be a concern for license scanners given licensing changes in recent versions. Maybe switching to OpenSearch for testing purposes is a good idea in this case
