One of your CI runs failed on this pull request, so Dependabot won't merge it.

Dependabot will still automatically merge this pull request if you amend it and your tests pass.

I think it is a real fail. I need to check, what really was changed in the "plugin"

<groupId>org.jenkins-ci.plugins</groupId>
    <artifactId>plugin</artifactId>
    <version>4.83</version>

But currently I have limited time for that

I'm confident that is a transient failure from the ci.jenkins.io infrastructure. I've seen 2 failures out of 25+ plugins that I updated to the new plugin parent pom and both those failures were related to artifact caching on ci.jenkins.io. We need the artifact caching to improve build performance and reduce the load on the Artifactory server used by Jenkins, but sometimes the artifact caching proxy seems like it is unable to keep pace with the requests.
