Can you please provide documentation on how to use the plugin

The plug-in is enabled by selecting Set Priority from branch name from the list of available strategies
- By default it will be master, with priority 3
- If the job branch built-in property matches one of the existing priority configurations, it will be used accordingly

That is somewhat helpful, thanks. But some more detailed documentation would still be nice. https://plugins.jenkins.io/multi-branch-priority-sorter/ simply says:

and then that is a dead link.

What is the complete list of strategies for example?

Actually the relevant code is relatively simple: it mostly seems to be providing the "glue" between the two plug-ins it builds upon, which might be the ones targeted for support as an alternative:
