Upgrade configuration UI from tables to div #73

On recent versions of Jenkins, it's not possible to save the configuration of this plugin in the "Configure Cloud" page. It also impacts any other "Cloud" plugin which is configured there, and render the whole "Configure Cloud" page unusable anymore, as long as the nomad-plugin is configured.

If you can consider making a release with this fix, that would be really great!

@multani I would very much like to do a release, but my jenkins.io account got locked somehow and I'm not receiving any reset password emails. Need to go on IRC to talk to somebody, I guess...

Nope, sorry. They revoked my artifactory credentials...

@phedoreanu I can help in the short/medium term, but we plan to stop using Nomad with Jenkins at some point in the future. Feel free to contact me through my email if you need some help :+1:

Yeah, I already switched two jobs since using nomad 🤣.

@phedoreanu I contacted you last week, directly via your email (that I found from the Git commits) about helping you with the maintenance and releasing new versions. I'd be glad to contact the Jenkins Developers mailing list, following the Adopt a plugin guidelines to do :+1:

@multani go for it. I only have git permissions, so can't upload the .hpi to jenkins.io.

@phedoreanu Could you email me about what's wrong with your account? It shouldn't be broken and you're at gmail so that shouldn't just reject our emails.
