Add ci.pipeline.run.duration{ci.pipeline.id=xxx, ci.pipeline.run.result=yyy} histogram metric
- Config params otel.instrumentation.jenkins.run.metric.duration.allow_list and otel.instrumentation.jenkins.run.metric.duration.allow_list: Java regex strings
Cleanup some docs
