Support Import of Peass Measurements #175

What feature do you want to see added?

Sometimes, Peass measurements are executed via Peass CLI or other Jenkins servers, and should be imported.

This requires a repository containing

the regression test selection results,
the measurement results and
the root cause analysis results.

For the import, the following steps need to be done:

[x] Copying the current RTS result data to the workspace
[x] Copying the current measurement result data to the workspace
[x] Copying the current RCA result data to the workspace
[x] Setting the project to the commit that should be analyzed
[x] Triggering a Jenkins build of the job
