What Operating System are you using (both controller, and any agents involved in the problem)?

I am using jenkins installed with helm chart

Reproduction steps

Simple upload of a repository to S3 bucket.

s3Upload acl: 'Private',
                            bucket: s3Bucket,
                            includePathPattern: '**/*.*',
                            path: bucketEnvPath,
                            tags: tags.toString(),
                            verbose: true

Expected Results

It was expected that all the folder and subfolders would be uploaded.

Actual Results

All the folder and subfolders would be uploaded, except a Dockerfile. In the same folder we have other files that were updated. Also doesn't upload Jenkinsfile and .gitignore that are in the root folder.
